We believe Yoga is a practice, a journey within the present moment, to cultivate a deeper connection and appreciation for all of life and living.
Our yoga offerings provide a safe and encouraging space for you to embrace your true nature within the here and now.
Our offerings range from vinyasa style flowing classes, gentle yoga, chair yoga, mudra meditations, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, family and children's yoga, yoga and mindfulness in schools, one-on-one private sessions, small group classes corporate events/classes, trauma informed yoga

Monday thru Friday mornings we gather on ZOOM for a MUDRA Meditation: A gentle guided meditation to start the day centered and connected with community. Sessions are 15-20 minutes.
Mudras are gestures of the hands that stimulate a mind-body response. There are mudras to calm, enhance focus and attention, energize, open the heart...we will explore a different one everyday.
